I am a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser proudly serving Charlotte, Concord, Kannapolis, Mooresville, and the surrounding areas. My passion lies in helping clients clearly understand the valuation process and the true worth of their properties.

 

Growing up in Kannapolis, I have witnessed firsthand the incredible growth and transformation of our local real estate market. After graduating from Northwest Cabarrus High School, I continued my education at Appalachian State University, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Building Science with a concentration in Construction Management.

 

During my time at App State, I joined the brotherhood of Phi Gamma Delta, adopted our dog Molly, and met my wife, Sophia. After graduating, we made the decision to return home to Kannapolis, where I began my career in the appraisal industry. Shortly after settling back, we welcomed our first son, Easton.
